The management is not responsible for the loss, damage to, or death of any dog or for the loss or damage of any participant, whether the result of accident or any other cause. It is expressly understood that every dog at this walk-a-thon is in the care and custody and control of his owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the walk-a-thon premises.
The welfare of a participant's child is the responsibility of the participant. It is expressly understood that participants will exercise control and restraint over their children on the day of the event.
Management is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or personal property.
The Rescue League, its members, directors, agents, and superintendents will not be liable for any loss or injury which may be sustained through the disappearance, loss, theft, injury and/or death of dogs entered in the said event, whether said disappearance, loss, theft, injury and/or death is caused by the negligence or carelessness of the rescue, its members, directors, agents, and superintendents.
The Rescue League is not responsible for the actions or products of the commercial vendors at the event.
