This form is for renewing your volunteer membership. You must already be a volunteer to use this form. If you are interested in volunteering and not a current volunteer please reach out to your chapter coordinator to discuss becoming a MAGDRL volunteer. As part of the renewal process you will be asked to sign a Volunteer Waiver form similar to the waiver form that you signed when you initially became a volunteer. This will enable us to have digital copies and reduce our reliance on paper forms. After completing your renewal you will receive an email with instructions on how to sign the Volunteer Waiver form via DocuSign.
