Zeke is a sweet boy who came to us when his owner was evicted from their home. He doesn’t have a lot of experience with new people and can be pretty shy at first. In foster he has warmed up quickly and has become somewhat of a velcro dog, following the foster from room to room. Older children would definitely be more up his alley. He has lived with 2 small dogs and some cats. He is crate trained, potty trained, and walks well on a leash, at 135lbs that’s a plus! He’s been neutered and had gastropexy surgery and is up to date on vaccines.
He does have a few senior dog issues. We noticed he could possibly need future dental work and has some Hip Dysplasia and some arthritis. He needs a nice bed or couch and he would be content to spend his golden years in a home with a family.
